What syncs

Enrolled students sync into the course roster, which powers automatic submission matching and grade posting.

Adds and drops

When a student adds or drops in Canvas, refresh the roster sync in your course and InteGrade reflects it. A dropped student's graded work remains in the assignment record; a newly added student becomes matchable for future uploads.

If a student is missing

  • Confirm they appear in the Canvas course's people list. InteGrade can only see what Canvas has.
  • Refresh the roster sync.
  • If they submitted work before appearing in the roster, match their submission manually once they sync in.
