Submissions
Reviewing and fixing student matches
Confirm the uncertain ones. Override anything.
After a bulk upload, most submissions are matched automatically. The remainder land in a review queue, and every match, automatic or not, can be changed.
The review queue
Each unmatched submission shows the cropped name region from the scanned page next to the closest roster suggestions. Click the right student to confirm, or search the roster if none of the suggestions fit.

Fixing a wrong match
If an automatic match linked work to the wrong student, open the submission and reassign it to the correct student. Grading already applied stays with the submission, so reassigning does not lose work.

Common causes of unmatched pages
- The student wrote a nickname or only a first name. Confirm manually; InteGrade learns nothing identifying off-device, so it will ask again next time the handwriting is this ambiguous.
- The name region on the template missed where this student wrote their name. Adjust the region for future uploads.
- Pages out of order in the scan put the wrong page where page 1 should be. Fix the page order on the submission, then match manually. See Reordering pages.
